i have done several receptions,but this menu is a little mixed per bride request. the menu will be cheese and fruit tray appetizers with brisket, pork loin, bbq weiners, caesar salad, bread, butter, green beans and corn. drinks are tea and water. can you help me out with amounts needed to purchase?
Ok, I assume you are struggling with the meats.

For this type menu, I allow 2 pounds raw trimmed brisket for 5 PLUS 1 pound pork loin for 4 PLUS 1 dog per person, but only open 1/2 the dogs. All the rest are in the plan for 100 tables, beverage planning page. 16 pounds per 100 cheese and cheese logs with the fruits.
