I will be cooking for a construction crew of two hundred people I want to cook ribs, bake bean and corn on the cob and pototes salad.
how much food will i need.

Thes quantities are covered on the plan for 100 page. I allow 1 - 1 1/4 pounds whole raw ribs per person.

Construction workers are usually heavy eaters. If it is self serve, I would add 1/4 more to the tables.
