I am hosting a wedding shower, in my mother's home for 50+ people. There will be seating but maybe not tables.
Oh, and the whole thing has a beach theme. Even though it is going to be April in New England.
I really don't know what to serve. Suggestions?

When I think of beach food I think of sandwiches. Like subs or grinders.

With no tables, you want easy to eat- maybe a chicken salad plate with fruits and melon? A dessert bar with many small bites of delicious bars, cookies?
