hello
i am haveing a puerto rican themed party my husband wants chicken and rice but only the chicken and rice without the peppers olives onion and the recipe i have serves 8 it calls for 3lbs chicken 4 cups rice but i need it to serve 30 and i also need the regular recipe that serves 8 to serve 35 please help thank you

It looks like yoiu need 4 times each recipe. I would make some plain, but most with all the trimmings.
