I am preparing for a wedding reception for 150 people. I will be serving salads and things and spiral cut ham and peel and eat shrimp. How many shrimp or should I say pounds of shrimp should I purchase?

Hi, Susan,
Unfortunately for the budget, people will eat all the shrimp you serve, and the means that you need at least 1 pound for every 4 people- and one for every 3 would not be too much.
