I need to fix enough instant potatoes to feed 900 people for Thanksgiving. I saw your charts for RAW potatoes, but I have searched and searched and haven't found anything regarding instant potatoes. What can you suggest? It's a community event, and the plates will be fixed assembly-line style, not self serve. Thank you!

Sorry, but I never use the potato flakes. My friends who do, say you get about half the servings it says on the box. The Navy says 4 3/4 pounds makes 50 cups.
