I am cooking dinner for a wedding - 70 people. We are doing boneless breasts, roast beef, mashed potatoes and 2 separate vegetables? How much beef should I get and how much of each veg? dinner is being served buffet style. Thanks!

Allow 1 small breast per person PLUS 1 pound raw boneless beef for each 3. 17-18 pounds ready to eat of each vegetable.
