Hi Ellen,
I'm making beef, chicken and grilled veggie fajitas for 80 this weekend. How far ahead of time can I safely grill them that day? I have 2 ovens and a warming drawer (never used it-yikes) for holding them. Don't want to poison anyone but don't want to be grilling too close to their arrival. Love your site!! Thanks
The thing is, fajitas really are better freshly grilled and do not hold well.Can you get some help?
