Do you have any recipes for egg bake in a roster? Looking to feed 50 football players

Egg Bake in a roaster
You will need two roasters, as they will easily eat as much as 75 regular adults.
You can use any crockpot recipe, set the roaster at 280-300.
Also look at my scrambled eggs that hold recipe in the egg FAQ on the recipe box page. You can preheat the roaster to 180 and use it to hold the eggs.
