Is there a book I can buy thats has all the info that Ellen has about serving amounts. I cater and as much as I want to read all the pages, i don't have time. Thanks Lynn Please e-mail me back lynski@esedona.net

Hi, Lynn,
Nope, no book, as I did all these tables myself. If I were you, I would print these pages from the site (buttons at the top of the main cook talk page):
plan for 100
breakfast for 100
beverage planning
dessert bar
veggie tray
fruit tray
spaghetti page
and maybe chocolate fountain, sundae bar and taco/potato bar, if they were part of the service you do. That way you will have most of the tables on the site.
