I need to make 30 sandwiches , i will be making these with ham and turkey and american cheese. How much lunchmeat and cheese should i buy

For a big fat sandwich, say on the larger oval type slice, 1 pound of meat for 6 and 2 ounces of cheese per sandwich. For a regular square sandwich, 1 pound for 8 and 1 ounce cheese per sandwich.
