How long do I cook an 14lb eye of round roast in the electric roaster...I also cut up potatos and carrots

Eye of the round is a deceptively tough roast. I usually pot roast it in gravy, allowing about 1/2 hour per pound in my crock pot, which is about the same as 275 in the covered roaster.
