I am planning appetizers for 400 people for my daughters wedding. I will also be having blocks of cheese with crackers. How much dip should I prepare and how many vegetables should I allow for when I do my shopping. I don't want to run out.

Andrea, veggies alone or with just cheese and crackers is not the best choice for this event or this many people. What time of day is it before a meal, or the whole offering and what else is being served? Write back.
