Canning peaches and cabbage rolls
I am looking for a good recipes to can peaches. I was also wondering if you can can cabbage rolls or is it better to freeze them? I put tomatoes and juice, cabbage and in the ground beef I put some spices, pieces of bread, eggs and rice. If I can can cabbage rolls is there a recipe for this?
Unless you want spiced peaches, the plain old recipe in the Ball jar book is very reliable. Use just slightly less than dead ripe, or they get too soft. Much better to FREEZE cabbage rolls, safer, too.
