drinks for 200 guests @wedding reception

How many drinks would I need to serve 200 guests at a 5 hour reception? I plan to have bottled water, kegs of beer, wine and coke,diet coke, and 7 up?

You need about double the amount for a 2-3 hour party. See the beverage planning page, take a stab at an estimate and post it, and I will be glad to discuss. It even does the keg vs. bottled beer discussion. If it is an evening reception, you want to stop serving liquor about 1 hour before the end of the party and offer dinner type coffee (see the beverage planning page.
