Hi,I am having a family gathering and I have a guest list of 150. I have priced a 10lb bag of the wing sections but not quite sure on how many to buy. Can you help me out?

It depends on the use (appetizer? main course? one of several meats?) and the size of the wing pieces. Three whole wings (6 pieces) is the minimum per person for appies; twice that for entrees.
