I am alergic to all forms of rice. I need advice on cooking with other flours. I am gluten intolerant. Please help

Becky, excluding gluten AND rice, you don't have much to work with. See the gluten free books by Betty Hagman (at most libraries), the new gluten free cookbook from Stephanie at crockpot365.com, and the other gluten-free sites for some ideas and more specific guidance on the flours.
