I am hosting a wedding reception for approximately 175 people. I am planning on serving pulled pork & italian beef along with potato salad, chips, relishes meatballs and of course, wedding cake. Can you tell how much of each I would need for the pulled pork & italian beef?

How much pasta to feed 200 people in a buffet setting. I see other questions, but do not see the replys/answers. ??
Jackie, it is ellen, not Carol, you need 5 ounces ready to eat beef per person and 3 ounces ready to eat pork. That is about 2 pounds raw boneless beef for each 5 PLUS 1 pound raw boneless pork for each 4.
