I need to know exact amounts on how much dry spagetti pasta to purchase in ounces. And how much sauce to purchase in ouces. TO SERVE 200 people.
and also how many ounces of dry fettechini noodles to buy? as well as how many ounces of alfredo sauce to serve 200 people as well! please help me we are struggeling and not understanding the spagetti chart! it seems as if we are going to buy to much? please someone help us!

Look at the dinner for 50-60 at the bottom of the spaghetti page. Get 3 1/2 to 4 times the amounts, depending on whether you expect regular or heavy eaters.
