Nachos & Fruit for a meal
Each Sunday evening our church shares 'soup and bread' and for the summer we do other things. I am in charge this Sunday and have decided to do nachos/cheese sauce/salsa (also going to have a few chopped onions and black olives)and have fresh fruit (grapes/cantelope/bananas-all on sale this week!). We will be serving approx. 80 people. Could you help me with quantities? I really struggle with this. The group is about 60/40 adults to kids. Thanks!

I would count this as 75 and do 3 trays of fruit for 25 from the fruit tray page, plus 8 pounds of corn chips, about 4 quarts of salsa, 6 quarts of nacho cheese sauce.
