Hi Ellen,
I came across your site and dicovered a discussion on carbon steel knives and where to get them.
The R.Murphy knife co. est. in 1850 is a U.S. manufactuer of quality knives and recently reintroduced it's line of carbon steel chef and butcher knives. Your readers may be interested to know.
