We are serving walking tacos for our son's graduation open house. Planning for around 200 people. Trying to figure how what quantities of ingredients to buy.

See the taco salad recipe, this is plenty for 30 adults or 20 teens for toppings for walking taco salad. Multiply as needed. Can serve separately, let people mix their own.
