Reheating Time in roaster

What temp should it be set and how long will it take to reheat 20 lbs of chicken wings/drummies in roaster from thawed/refrigerator state to an acceptable internal temperature?

1 Preheat the roaster.
2 2 roasters will reheat both faster and MUCH much more evenly.
3 They should be saucy. Roasters don't do crispy.
4 Allow at least 1 hour at 325 for 10 pounds. Temp in the middle of the pile must be 180. If you start sooner, just turn down to 180 when it reaches core temp.
