Planning food quantities for kids

How should I plan food quanties when serving children? We have 100 adults and 85 children preschool to elementary age. We are planning to serve Brisket, baked beans, and potato salad.

Basically, count a mix of kids this age as 1/2 adult per kid for food, but as one for beverage.
