crab feed for 200..need marinade recipe

Can anyone give me a yummy marinade for a crab feed my husband is running for his Lions Club. We've had a few different ones thru the years but we need something fantastic this year ;)
Generally, we get about 200 people. Any recipes, with the measurements for that amount of people would be appreciated.

Lucy, do you mean what we call around here crab boil, the dry spice mix that goes in the water the crabs are cooked in, or do you mean a real marinade, to soak them in after they cook?

There are many simpler recipes, any good Italian dressing with tarragon added and plenty of garlic is another option.
