If you are making it in several 9x13 pans, it is the same as 1 9x13 pans plus about 5 minutes- do preheat the oven. If you are making it all in one, such as in the cookwell pan of an electric roaster, preheat the roaster at least 20 minutes before placing the pan in, keep the temp at 300 and allow an hour and a half. It is safe to eat once the temperature in the middle reads 180 on your quick read thermometer.
