I need to to make 20 pies..
I need to make 20 pies through out this week and next week .Will it be okay to prepare the filling ahead for all of the pies.I'm using fresh sweet potatoes.
The cooked potatoes won't hold, they will sour, even in the refrigerator. When will these be served? How many and how big of ovens do you have to work with?
