substitute for orange liqueur or rum
jo ann
I found a receipe for sugarplums and I need a substitute for orange liqueur or rum?
Assuming you want an alcohol free substitute? Use orange juice or ginger beer. But keep in mind that the alcohol may have a preservative function and refrigerate the alcohol-free sweets.

You could use a tiny bit of liquid sugar if you want to keep the sweetness but get rid of the alcohol.
