I am catering my brother-in-laws birthday party of about 85 people. My problem is all of my chicken drummette recipes go by pieces not pounds. Could someone help me solve this dilemma?

You posted twice. About 12 pieces per pound, depending on the chickens, and you need about 6 pieces per person- 4 minimum if there are other meats.

I recently baked 80 pounds of drummies/wings (40 one day, 40 the next). I kept track of each pan. I ended up with approximately 600 pieces, which equates to 7.5 pieces per pound. "Drummies" must be the small variety.
