Have you wever seen cold prawns served on block ice with dill and melons slices?

I seen a display once and it was gorgeous-I would like to make it.

I have seem similar displays. It is not a difficult arrangement, you do want to make sure you have at least 4 good-size shrimps per person, a speople tend to "eat with their eyes".
