How much punch will I need to serve 400 at a wedding. It is in July so, I won't make much coffee. Thanks |

See the beverage planning page. It depends partly on the length of the reception and what else is served- if over two hours, increse the amounts about 1 cup per person per hour. For this many people, be sure you have a sugar-free choice, also, either bottled or a second flavor. |
