My daughter is getting married and we are trying to do it all ourselves. We are serving baked chicken breast on wild rice, how much rice do we need to buy to serve 200 hundred people and where can we buy in bulk. The wedding is June 16. Or suggest what else we need to serve. Menu is Green Beans, Baked Chicken Breast with gralic herbs sauce, Wild Rice, Confeit corn, dinner rolls and baked ham, light orange pineapple ginger ale punch and wedding cake, (chocolate fountian with fruits, marshmallows, pretzels, and nuts). Also how do you keep your apples from turning brown after you slice them. Thank you Desprate Elaine |

Don't use all wild rice! People actually dont like it. Get a premixed white and wild rice mix, use the amount for 240 servings. Cut the apples into a bowl of orange juice or a mixed fruit fresh liquid (found in the canning aisle) for easy whiteness of fruit. And do read my extensive help sheet on chocolate fountains, PLEASE.
