I am getting married in October. We are planning on doing the meal ourself. I want to make sloppy joes for about 100-150 people and need to know how much hamburger will be needed. Also we are going to provide different kinds of chips. How many different kinds do you suggest and how many different bags of each? The next thing on my menu is going to be fruit salad just using fruit cocktail; how much fruit cocktail do you think I will need? For a salad I was thinking potato salad and tuna noodle salad but need to know how many potatoes and how much noodles to make for that amount of people? I really appreciate your help. The time we will will be eating will be around supper time. Also, we are having a cupcake wedding cake and I need to know how many cupcakes I should make? |

Hello bridie, You want cupcakes 1 per person plus 10%. All the other items are already covered in my plan for 100 pages. When you prepare your first estimate, post it and I will check it for you. |
