How many lbs of med-lg shrimp needed to make shrimp kabobs/skewers for 200 guests for 65th birthday party. Thanks. |

This is a real labor of love! The thing about shrimp is, everyone loves it and will eat all you have. That said, the usual serving is about 4 ounces for hors douevres and about 8 ounces for a dinner portion. Happy birthday. |
