I have a recipe for tatetertot casserole I need it to feed 120 national gaurds men how can I convert it 1 large can creeam of mushroom soup 1small bag tatertots 2 cuos shredded cheese 1lb hambuger 2 small cans green beans |

Big eaters. Start with 50 pounds of tater tots (I don't know the size of your "small bag") and increase ecerything to match. 1 pound shredded cheese is 4 cups. 1 pound burger is 2 cups. You could use 1/2 ground turkey for less fat. |
