I am in the midst of remodeling and saved up for a Viking glass cooktop with the brass feature. I have BEEN so careful with this top that I have not even used the razor kit to clean the top. BUT Today my acrylic nails dragged on the top and scratched my beautiful cooktop. I am so so upset. What can I do? Please advise me. Thanks a bunch |

What a disappointment! Acrylic should not scratch glass. Contact Viking directly and check your warranty first. |
