We're having a reception for a 50th wedding anniversary and are to supply a relish tray. We are planning for 400 and having sandwiches and salads. How much do we need? |

I have just posted a guideline for a pickle/relish tray on the veggie tray page of big pots. This section tells all about veggie trays, dips, etc, per person and by the tray. You don't specify whether you want this only. If I were doing it, I would do half olive/pickle tray and half artichoke olive , which is like an antipasto veggie tray- see my recipe- |
