We are having a BBQ with burgers and hot dogs, potato salad, beans chips and soda's. This will be over a 24 hour period. How much stuff do I need? Please help. I have no idea what I am doing and I have een put in charge. |

Judy, the amounts are easy- just use 1 1/2 times the amount for 100 from my plan for 100 lists. For example, 9 pounds of chips instead of 6. But you will have major food safety issues with cooking, storing and serving for both hot and cold foods. What is the 24 hour situation? How will the items be cooked, stored and served? Will the 150 people be eating more than one meal? Also, may I suggest you need to add a finger salad or veggie and/or fruit trays for at least 3 ounces per person- celery sticks, grape tomatoes and tiny carrots, with a little dip, at least. |

PS, the condiments, mustard, lettuce, onions, tomatoes etc are covered on the sandwich event page. Allow 1 pound of ice and 16-24 ounces soda per person. |
