I am catering a party for 150 people,here is the menu could I please get some advise on quantities. It is a wedding reception at a park. sloppy joes brats baked beans potato salad vegies & dip fresh fruit salad condiments buns lemonade coffee |

You are lucky, all these are covered in my quantity pages. You want the fruit tray page for fruit salad help, the veggie tray page for the veggies, the beverage page for your coffee, tea and lemonade, and the sandwich event page of the sandwiches and condiments, and hare is your give-away bonus- potato salad from 45-50 pounds of potatoes and 5 gallons total of baked beans. I usually allow 1 brat plus 1 sloppy joe per person unless it is just kids. |
