Members picnic

04/12/07 		I am hosting a members picnic for a not for profit company.
We are expecting abot 40 members there. It will be a mixture of adults and children.
We are providing
Fried Chicken
Potato Salad
Cole Slaw
Baked Beans
Pasta Salad

I am not sure the items i am buyng is sold in 4 lb sections for tge sides so i am not sure how much to buy. The pacakge from the deli said it serves 10-15 people per 4 lbs does that sound right.

04/12/07 		Yes. It is about right as part os several side dishes. You want about 4 gallons total sides for this many people.
