My step daughter is getting married next weekend. They want macaroni and cheese to go with their bbq at the reception. Can you give me a receipe for this that will feed 75 people? Thanks. |

Go to "www.cdkitchen.com" - in search, enter macaroni & cheese - then go to the space where it shows for " 6" people (or whatever number it is preparing for) - change that to be "75" & enter. The calculator will readjust the receipe for 75 people. |

Don, I have a recipe for large pans of mac and cheese in Big Pots. You can jazz it up by using some muenster, Romano and other yummy cheeses for part of the cheese. You can't just multiply recipes by 10 or 12 and get good results- salt, spice, etc don't just multiply. |

I'm having a wedding reception with approx. 125 people. We are having chicken, pork loin, red potatoes, mixed veggies, rolls, and a salad. I'm not sure of how many pounds I will need. Can you help? Thanks |

You have to decide if the two entrees are equally popular. If they are, figure how much you would make if each was the only entree, make 60% of the amount you would make. Yes this will make 120%, but people eat more and take some of each when there is a choice of entrees. All the other items are covered in the plan for 100 pages. For 125 people, make 1 1/4 times the amount for 100. |

I am heading up the food for a wedding reception and I am wondering how many pounds of cheese I need for 180 people... |

For cheese platters appetizers with few others, alloww 15-20 pounds per 100 persons, with many other choices allow 7-10 pounds per 100 persons. |
