Cooking potatoes in a Crock Pot

04/04/07 		I have to make potatoe salad for Easter. Can I cook whole potatoes in my crock pot while I am at work? How many for how long?

04/04/07 		I have baked whole potatoes on low for 6-8 hours. Why not boil one evening and chill till Sauturday. Easy to peel when cold, too.
