Instead of using normal bundt pan for rich chocolate cake, I'm using muffin style bundt which makes six little bundts. Normal time in 55 min. I don't know how to convert and not over or under bake,also to keep them moist. |

Add moisture to small cake? Start checking after 35 minutes and put a pan ob water on the bottom of the oven. Good luck- Ellen |
