fundraising ziti dinner

03/09/07 		My girlscout troop are doing a ziti fundraising dinner to benefit our 2 volunteer fire departments. I am not sure how much pasta, sauce, cheese, salad and bread to have? We have 500 tickets.

03/10/07 		See the lotsa pasta page. Consider sticking with baked pasta such as the sausage and mostaciolli- holds better and very popular.

03/25/07 		I am putting on a free dinner for the neighbors of our church and will be serving tossed salad, baked ziti and italian bread. Can you tell me how many servings an 11 x 16 x 3 inch full of ziti will provide? Second a small dish of salad will be served. about how many can I serve from 1 head of lettuce? I am hoping to have 200 guests which will fill our hall.

03/26/07 		For salad, see the plan for 100 page, double the amount. The pan makes about 20 servings.
