just hoping for some help. i have visited your site many times and love it, but this is the first time i have posted anything. i am serving 40 people. i'm having bbq chicken breasts and ribs. baked beans, slaw,and rolls for the main food. any help with how much i will need to buy to feed 40 would be great. thanks..teresa |

For planty of food, 10 chickens, 20 pounds ribs, abbout 7 quarts each slaw and beans. 60 rolls. You will have some leftovers. |
