| Lori 03/02/07 | When baking 100+ potaotes I want a crisp skin can I stack them in a roasting pan after they have been oiled and seasoned? If so, should I rotate them half way through the cooking time? How much time should I give them to cook at high altitude and at what temp? Thank you so much!!! | 
| ellen 03/03/07 | The more you stack, the less crisp. Can you recruit some additional roasters? Allow up to 1/3 more cooking time, depending on the highness of the altitude. Use the same temp. |
