I am remodeling my kitchen and wanting to purchase a 'good' non-stick cookware set (many are boxed in 10 to 18 piece sets). I have seen Calphalon, Cuisenart, Emeril and the like. Any thoughts about these and how the Cooks brand from Penney's compares? I will have a dual-fuel oven (gas cook-top, electric/convection oven).
