40th birthday for husband

I'm having a 40th birthday party for my husband, here is the menu: (50-60 guests)

red wine, white wine, soda, water, champ. for toast

shrimp, artichoke dip, veggie tray, crab tartletts, (would like to add another appetizer) (how much of each?) (is this enough?)

Salad
Baked Ziti (how much)
Meatballs (many guests are fasting from meat)
Bread

Birthday cake (what size)
cookies
fruit
coffee

02/20/07 		Lenten birthday party. Add a cheese log/roll/ball/plate, this is a nice selection for this size party. For ziti amounts, take a look at the sausage and mostaciolli for 125 on the lotsa pasta page for quantity guidance, and make about 1/2 the amount. The cake should be at least 1/2 sheet, which is 2 9x13 pans. 3/4 sheet would be even better (6 layers worth).
