1 day (24 hours)in the refrigerator for each 5 pounds of frozen turkey, so count back from ahen you want t o cook it. For roasting 12 turkeys, please see my article- the link is on the top section of the Big Pots page. |

For tomorrow? Wrapped, immerse in a sink or ice chest of water, change water every half hour ubtil it thaws. Or better yet, see how to cook a frozen turkey- it works quite well, and is more reliable than water thawing. |
