Hi all, Can anyone tell me how big the servings on this webpage's Cincinnati chili recipe are? It says serves 8, but does that mean in 8 oz cups or the traditional Cincinnati chili spaghetti serving, which is lots less chili? I'm making Cincy chili for a cookoff and I'm trying to determine how much I need to make... thanks! |

If my recipes say, serves 8, that means it makes about 12. ounces (a cup and a half) per person. So if you are using a smaller seving, you can figure by volume. |

Hi: I am trying to come up with a Cincinnati Syle Chili recipe that would feed about 200 people. If anyone has one that they think would bump up easily, I would be so very grateful. Thanks, Kathy |
